Superb opportunity for an English Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or existing partner to join the small legal team at the Tenerife office (Canary Islands, Spain) of this well established Spanish law firm.

The Tenerife team, run by dual qualified Spanish / Italian lawyer with commercial and timeshare practise, is dedicated to the legal needs of the English speaking community on the Canary Islands.  Work is varied and encompasses not only the key areas of Timeshare; Wills & Probate; and Property; but also Divorce and Child Abduction, Personal Injury Claims, Planning Permission, Problems with Developers, Enforcement of Foreign Court Orders and Re-Claiming Debts.

The successful lawyer will have the opportunity to collaborate with the experienced civil and criminal lawyers across the De Cotta network of offices.

Spanish language is essential.
